Whenpeopleleave,sometimesthey'remoretransparentthantheyeverwerewhentheywereactuallystillatthecompany. 當人們離職時，會比在公司工作時還要更公開且誠實。

Andsoit'sagreatopportunitytogetthekindoffeedbackthatisveryhardtogetotherwise. 而這就是最佳機會獲取不易得到的回饋意見。

Askinterestingandmeaningfulquestionswhenyougetoutsideoftheoffice. 當不在辦公室時，問些有趣且有意義的問題。

Themoreyoucantaketimetodevelopgenuine,authenticrelationships,themoreyou'regoingtobeabletorealizeyourdreams. 投入越多時間去發展真誠且毫不虛假的關係，你越能夠實現你的夢想。

Becauseyou'regoingtobeabletotakebigrisksandknowthatthere'sanetworkofpeopletocheeryouonandtosupportyourefforts. 你更勇於冒險，因為你知道有一群人會為你加油打氣並支持你所做的努力。
