專案是透過與社會企業、非營利組織合作，並組成學生顧問團隊，搭配顧問界工作者作為專案導師，提出解決問題的建議。

長久以來，許多社會企業與非營利組織存在組織策略、行銷發展的顧問需求，但礙於預算限制及成本效益考量，無法聘僱以營利為目的之顧問公司提供專業服務；另一方面，許多渴望在顧問領域投注熱情，且希望對社會貢獻一己之力的學生們，亦缺少機會能將所學結合到實務工作中。

因此，作為「社會企業、非營利組織」與「學生」間的橋樑，我們協助充滿熱情與天賦的學生養成顧問思考、分析能力，並組織學生成為腦力志工，運用課堂所學及源源不絕的創意，為有需求的組織提供解決方案。
