車主加的超級柴油，裡面含有生質柴油，不但環保又可以省下空汙費，但因為台灣天氣潮濕，有部分車輛油箱因此堵塞，主管機關決定將生質柴油全面淘汰。

[[汽車駕駛]]“我還是希望有環保比較好，(可是)沒辦法，安全比較重要啊”面對當初改善設備投入的經費，現在付諸流水，中油低調表示，只能盡力配合。

[[中油副總張瑞宗]]“(堵塞)問題在推的時候就考慮到，但基本上，我們國內的情況，跟國外稍微有一點點差異，導致推動過程出包。
