Ifyoupayattheendofyourbillcycleforthepreviousmonth'scharges,you'llseeproratedmonthlycharges,overages,one-timecharges,taxes,etc. Ifyoupayatthebeginningofthebillcycleforupcomingusage,you'llreceiveacreditforthetimeyourservicewasfullysuspendedonthefirstbillafterthesuspension. Whenserviceisrestored,you'rebilledtheproratedmonthlychargesforthetimeactivewithinthatbillcycleonthebillafterbeingrestored,unlessalreadybilled.   Militarysuspensions  Amilitarysuspensiondoesnotextendyourcontract.Therearenomonthlycharges,taxes,orsuspendfeeswhileyouraccountisunderamilitarysuspension.Seehowtosuspendyourlineifyou'reabouttoenteractivemilitaryservice.Youmaysuspendyouraccountforamaximumof39monthsifyou'rebeingdeployedandareamemberofoneofthefollowing: USArmy USNavy USMarineCorps USAirForce USCoastGuard OfficersofthePublicHealthServiceondutywiththeArmyortheNavy Thingstoconsider Keepaccountcurrent:Duringamilitarysuspension,youraccountmustremaincurrent.Thismeansyouoranauthorizeduserneedtomakemonthlypaymentsbytheduedate.Iftheaccountissuspendedfornonpayment,itwon'tberestoredtoamilitarysuspensiononcethebalanceispaid.Youwouldneedtore-restoretheline.Othersubscribersontheaccountarechargedthenormalmonthlyplanfee. Monthlyrecurringcharges:Whileonamilitarysuspend,therearenomonthlyrecurringcharges,taxes,orsuspendfees;however,ifanyfeaturesorplanssharemonthlyrecurringchargesbetweenasuspendedlineandanactiveline,you'llseenormalmonthlyrecurringcharges.Anyrecurringchargeswillstillneedtobepaideachmonthbytheduedate. Forexample:Sayyou'reonan$80/monthfamilyplan.Ifthere'sonelinethat'sactiveandonelineonamilitarysuspension,thenthetotalamountbilledis$80.But,ifbothlineshaveamilitarysuspension,thenthemonthlyrecurringchargewouldbe$0. EquipmentInstallmentPlan(EIP):IfyouhaveanEIP,monthlyinstallmentamountscontinuetobechargedandmustbepaideachmonthbytheduedate,regardlessofwhetheryourmonthlyrecurringchargesaresuspended. Makingmonthlypayments:Tokeeptheaccountcurrent,thereareseveralwaysforyouoranauthorizedusertopayyourT-Mobilebill.   Seasonalsuspensions  Youmayvoluntarilysuspendyouraccounttwiceayearforamaximumperiodof90consecutivedaysforeachsuspension.Duringaseasonalsuspension,youraccountmustremaincurrent.Youcansuspendindividuallinesofanaccount,whileotherlinesremainactive.Ifyoupreviouslysuspendedyourlinewithinthelast12monthsasaSeasonalSuspend,theoptiontosuspendthelineonMyT-Mobilewillnotbedisplayeduntiltheendofthe12-monthperiod. Multilinerateplanseasonalsuspensionfees Whenalllinesonamultilinerateplanaresuspended,accountsarebilled$10perbillcycleforeachsuspendedline.Forexample,ifyoususpendalllinesonafour-lineaccount,youarecharged$40perbillcycle. Whenoneormorelinesonamultilineplanremainactive,accountsarebilledtheplan'sfullmonthlycharge,includinganydataoradditionalfeatures. Ifanadd-a-linethat'snotincludedinthemultilinerateplanissuspended,youarechargedthemultilinerateplanfee,plusa$10feeforthesuspendedadd-a-line. Individualrateplanseasonalsuspensionfees Foraccountswithonlyonelineonanindividualrateplan,asuspendedlineisbilled$10perbillcycle. Ifanaccounthasmultipleindividual-linerateplans,theaccountisbilled$10foreachsuspendedindividual-linerateplan,andthefullmonthlychargeforanyactiveindividuallines. Forexample:SayyouhaveanaccountwiththreelinesontheindividualSimpleChoicerateplan.Youdecidetotemporarilysuspendtwoofthoselines.Thetwosuspendedlinesarebilled$10permonth,whilethethirdnon-suspendedlineisbilledtotheaccountforthefullmonthlycharges,includinganydataandotherfeatures.   Nonpaymentsuspensions  Anytimeyouraccountispastdue,yourservicemaybepartiallysuspended.Ifthebalanceonyouraccountremainsunpaid,afullsuspensionmayoccur.A$20accountrestorationfeewillbechargedperlineplustaxes,dueattimeofrestoration,ifyouraccountispartiallyorfullysuspended.
